I love that Solo is nothing like Beyonce! Not that I don't like beyonce because I think she's awesome, I just like that she has her own lane and is her own person.

Lowered gas prices...seems like a teaser to me! Every time I get a little happy about it going down, it goes back up a bit.
I agree with you completely on your dislikes.
My current likes are seeing how my son is maturing and learning. My daughters are thriving academically and continue to make smart social choices.
Dislikes: My car needs to be cleaned so badly and it seems the day the time becomes free to do it is the day it is freezing! I also dislike that my relatives are constantly going at it. Why can't they just be like any other dysfunctional family...fight and then make up.

@sheliza Agreed. Seeing your children actually grow and develop into admired human beings are one of life's greatest joys, indeed. Your kids are of a good solid foundation, so I believe it's inevitable.
@ELove You speak the truth. The first thing I said while watching J. Edgar was I couldn't believe DiCaprio assumed the role. That was truly odd. Twitter can be very shameful, at times. Solange does have very nice legs, doesn't she?
@krissy I watched the video of Keyshia Cole's mom doing that weird looking crackhead dance and it really made me just want to reach out and grab that woman and tell her to PLEASE stop the madness. Agreed - Beyonce is the bomb and it's not a knock on Solange, at all.

@Daij When people who I hardly want to speak to me, do so, it leaves me in an uncomfortable position. Usually I give a dry "That's whats up" and keep it moving. I struggle with Twitter, at times.

I like Solange she walks to the beat of her own drum. I will never forget seeing her while shopping at Marshall's near River Oaks just a couple of years ago. Nobody in the store knew who she was but me. I smiled, she smiled(knew I recognized her) and we just kept on shopping.....
Why do these "mothers" insist on embarrassing their children? Keisha and Jim's mom need to just go sit down somewhere! Sheesh!
