While I love the subject matter of Lady Marmalade, "Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir" *tee hee* I LOVE Proud Mary. Nothing can beat Tina performing that live...rolling, rolling rolling on the river!
Wow - you can't even compare the two. They're both hot songs and artists.
Lady marmalde is a classic, women still sing it like a theme song today, yo, and I speaking to Mega and Xavier on the book project to - i got a publisher for it

tina is the best, but i like patti too. tina's performances are so energetic. patti can get down too, but i think on any given day tina will perform the brakes off patti. not necessarily sing the brakes off her, but definitely outperform her. what does the french line mean? i took spanish in school.
I'm not going to pick one over the other--that's not fair. Its like asking me if I had a choice between having Blair Underwood or Denzel Washington play a leading role in my debut film--I couldn't choose...lol
